If we have requested that you pay for technical support services beyond our normal level of customer service, this "product page" is where you can do so.
Each $75 "unit" you put in your cart is equal to 30-minutes of phone, email, or remote log-in support from one of our engineers. For example, if your issue is determined to require 1.5 hours of support, please add quantity (3) three to your cart.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
