These headlight plugs are designed to fit H5 (9004/HB1) headlight bulbs, as originally equipped on 1986–1995 Vanagon and Eurovan models. They serve as direct replacements for the original plugs found on your vehicle’s wiring harness. Whether you're replacing damaged plugs due to corrosion or overheating, or converting a round-headlight Vanagon to later USA-spec rectangular lights, this kit provides everything you need to renew your electrical connections and ensure long-term headlight reliability.
Fits:
• 1980-85 Vanagon owners that converted to rectangular H5 headlamps
• 1986-91 Vanagon originally equipped with rectangular H5 headlamps
• 1993-95 Eurovan
Basic kit:
• Comes with (2) H5 plugs, (2) seals, and (6+2 extra) heat-shrink butt connectors
• Requires crimping tool - Not included

• Comes with (2) H5 plug shells, (2) seals, (6 +2 extra) wire seals, (6 +2 extra) crimp spades, and (2) retaining clips
• A cleaner-looking install than the basic kit using factory wires
