This Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) is the real deal. Unlike the cheap (and improper functioning) Asian reproductions found on Amazon, Ebay, and your local auto parts stores, our IAC valves are manufactured in Europe to our specifications. They are guaranteed to function identically to the original VW/VDO valve for Digifant, and meet the strict requirements of our GoWesty Fuel Injection System.

Installer beware: Changing out any one part of your EFI system that is faulty with a new or rebuilt part may cause worse running because other settings may have changed over time to compensate for the faulty part you are replacing. Installation note: Please keep in mind that this part may not solve your idle issue, but it certainly doesn't hurt to replace it. It is often challenging to diagnose a Vanagon running issue, because these vehicles don't have modern on-board diagnostics.
